The Green Ranch is an eco-friendly horse-back riding off-the-beaten-track destination overlooking the unique Biosphere Lake Bosomtwe. We provide an experience like none other in Ghana or even West Africa for that matter, specializing in providing horseback riding expeditions in the lush area around this special meteorite cratere lake. In addition on the Green Ranch we run a lovely home with 3 comfortable rooms, 1 well-ventilated cozy dormitory and 1 rustic wooden cabin to rent. We welcome Nature lovers to stay and ride our horses, as well as experience our great vegetarian food from our tasty veggie kitchen.

Our equestrian experiences are our primary activity and we operate them with the utmost professionalism. We have 6 horses that live like Kings and Queens in a semi-free way and all are ready for riding from novice to advanced levels of riders. We offer rides from one or two hours at a very reasonable fare. Elodie is a certified instructor in equestrian expeditions so you can rest assured your trip will go very smoothly.

The Green Ranch offers a natural yet fulfilling experience such as :
